The Coordinator, Co-Brand Partnerships will coordinate the day-to-day responsibilities of Hilton Worldwide's Co-Brand credit card relationships with American Express, Citi and Visa. The Coordinator will assume tactical responsibility for multiple concurrent projects including coordinating initiatives among internal and external teams. What will I be doing? The Coordinator, Co-Brand Partnerships will be responsible for internal processing of marketing campaigns as directed by Managers of Co-Brand Partnerships, including completion and routing of creative assets for marketing review, Promotion Forms and other paperwork as appropriate. Other key priorities are listed below: * Implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products * Coordinate cross functional teams internally and externally to ensure the needs and goals are met * Review deliverables prepared by internal and external teams before releasing into production ensuring Hilton's brand marketing guidelines are followed * Communicate relevant project information to Senior Management and partner contacts * Assist in the ongoing evaluation of potential Co-Brand partnership opportunities as presented * Acts as liaison between various departments and Co-Brand Partnerships Team, including Hilton HHonors Brand Marketing, Marketing Activation and Customer Relationship Management * Ensure all daily operational functions of the team are completed smoothly and efficiently * Resolve partnerships issues in a timely manner * Complete special projects as required * Prepare, execute and manage partner meetings at Hilton Global Headquarters and off-site partner locations * Maintain departmental correspondence and files * Take meeting notes when needed * Design and prepare departmental reports (i.e. charts, graphs, tables, business * Create and develop visual presentations for internal and external audiences * Pull, research or enter data into spreadsheets and/or databases * Develop and maintain understanding of the Hilton HHonors loyalty program Hilton World Wide Inc. is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
