Who are we looking for?

We are seeking talented, enthusiastic people who will give our clients both the best internal and external service in the industry.

The primary purpose of this role is coordinate the outsourcing of equipment and vendor labor through outside vendors ensuring that the most cost effective solutions have been arranged and executed. This position also:

• Maintains National Cross Rental policies.
• Follows procedures pertaining to preventative equipment loss measures, through the tracking of all cross rented equipment.
• Maintains a National Database to track and reports the cross rental expense throughout the U.S. Division.
• Maintains a National Database of Vendors with all needed information stored (discounts, contacts, equipment summaries, pricelists, etc.).
• Coordinates with Vendors, IC and Show Services to ensure all cross rentals are returned completely and promptly as well as maintain an equipment lost file for all cross rented equipment that does not return.

This position requires a High School diploma and an Associate's Degree is preferred. You must have at least three (3) years related experience and/or training with knowledge of an Inventory Tracking System. The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public is a must.
