The employee will be required to live within 45 minutes of the Kaplan, La compressor station. The employee will work a 5 & 2 schedule. Essential work functions include but are not limited to:

- Accounts Payable, expense reports and purchasing card reports.

- Preparing and filing required forms.

- Time reporting and vacation tracking.

- Cost control analysis.

- Maintaining contractual and/or service agreements and associated amendments and contractor qualifications.

- Preparation and maintenance of various records and reports.

- Assisting with the preparation/monitoring of O&M and Capital AFE's.

- Assisting with project completion documentation.

- Annual preparation of the various locations operation budgets, both O&M and Capital.

Business experience, preferably in the natural gas transmission industry, in any of the following areas: cost and budget analysis, system and procedures analysis or material acquisition and control are preferred. Computer and office software experience is required. Effective written & verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills to work in a collaborative environment that includes shared responsibilities, establishing & maintaining good working relationships with others, to support company objectives, and willingness to work in all areas required. Candidate must exhibit a sense of urgency, individual responsibility, and willingness to accept constantly changing priorities. Willingness to work in an environment where compensation is tied to performance and skill level. Candidate shall possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with 2-5 years of office experience/exposure.

Highly motivated and 100% dedicated to the company's goals. Must be able to establish and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, Gas Control, Engineering, Division Staff and vendors. Ability to effectively plan, prioritize and schedule work. May be required to travel to other company locations for temporary assignments, meetings, and training. May require some overnight stays away from home. Candidate must have a proven safe driving record and provide documentation of past traffic violations upon request, as well as maintain a valid driver's license. Incumbent will be required to take and pass a pre-employment drug test, and will be subject to background check.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, statistics, business administration, computer operations or programming, and/or equivalent experience in related field, preferred.
