JOB DESCRIPTIONJOB DESCRIPTION:
The office coordinators primary duties and responsibilities are to provide office coordination and administrative support to the department and perform diversified administrative functions. Coordinate and oversee the functions required to bill and maintain medical records. Assist providers in the role of Medical Assistant for the Mobile Prevention unit and in office procedures. Individual must travel to screening sites and work some weekends and evenings. Individual may participate in research and outreach to community partners.
One year in a healthcare setting
High School Diploma or GED None
Certified Medical Assistant
SCREENING REQUIREMENTS MAY INCLUDE VERIFICATION OF EDUCATION, LICENSE OR CREDENTIALS.
