Responsible for day to day continuous patient safety improvement for assigned facility (s). Leads patient safety efforts, coaches others in development of patient safety improvement. Prepares reports and presentations, coordinate patient safety meetings, analyzes performance metrics, identifies and develops action plans for improvement. Conducts and shares research, consults with and trains staff in data analysis techniques, coordinates FMEA process and other patient safety metrics.

* Bachelor degree required.
* Masters preferred.
* RN or other clinical licensure pref, certification in health care quality, patient safety or related regulatory entity preferred, (required within one year of employment).
* Knowledge of Lean Concepts preferred.
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills preferred.
* Previous experience or knowledge of TJC preferreed.
