Description
Operate copper/chrome plating equipment used in gravure printing process.

Duties include but not limited to:
Inspect cylinder for surface flaws and verify & record specifications
Operate lathe, bath & polishers
Prepare cylinders for electroplating & machining process

Must be able to operate equipment to produce quality work in accordance with customer specifications.

Minimum 2 years of work experience related to the graphic arts industry.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, physically type data into a computer keyboard, interact verbally in person and on the phone, vision to include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision. Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs and/or occasionally move up to 70 lbs.
