Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc seeks an enthusiastic and highly motivated Corporate Account Manager based in the Seattle, WA area.
A senior level sales position focused on the FORTUNE 1000 class of customer
Develop and implement strategies to position Konica Minolta as a primary vendor for corporate accounts and develop action plans with the market representatives to solicit these types of accounts
Work with the accounts within the assigned territory, establishing contracts and strategies that enable a long term and mutually beneficial relationship for both parties.
Develop, coordinate and obtain all necessary information to respond to proposals, bids and other customer generated sourcing events
Establish a cohesive relationship with the accounts to expand our share, as well as resolve issues that may arise
Manage resources effectively to maintain timelines needed to ensure that contract requirements are met. Respond with corrective measures to ensuring the customer fulfills the contract commitments
Ensure that proper procedures are implemented at both the local office and headquarters to enable compliance with all management reports needed for any contract reward
Establish and implement a scheduled account review with the customer and Konica Minolta management to improve the quality of the program for the customer
5+ years of demonstrable experience and success working with Global/Corporate Account Sales
Industry knowledge of services, relationship management protocols, complex selling and contract negotiation
Strong marketing knowledge and analytical skills
Microsoft Office proficiency - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and travel extensively to fulfill relationship management duties
