This is an Administrative Assistant position and the following experience/skills are REQUIRED:
- 3-5 years previous Administrative experience
- Ability to answer multiple phone lines
- Excellent organization and ability to multi task
- Excellent computer skills, MUST know Excel
- bilingual Spanish preferred
- experience supporting C level executives
- Experience working in a corporate setting
