JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY JOB SUMMARY:
The Corporate Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring all services provided by The Arc adhere to the agency's Mission and Core Values. The Corporate Compliance Officer is responsible for development, maintenance and measurement of compliance procedures. The Corporate Compliance Officer ensures compliance and operational procedures result in quality customer service as measured by agency policy, state and federal regulation, and national accreditation standards. This position works under the general direction of the Chief Executive Officer and has support responsibility to all directors and team leaders.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required: Bachelor's Degree or Compliance Certification, 3-5 years of management experience; 5-7 years compliance and/or quality assurance experience. Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, current TB Vaccination/health screening and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree; 8 years compliance and quality assurance experience.
