As Corporate Coordinator, Office Services, you will: Provide full-time receptionist services for the Corporate Dallas Office, including answering/directing all incoming calls and accommodating guests. Provide general HR support to Corporate Dallas associates to include, but not limited to: Datawatch/Parking maintenance, office supply purchasing, processing facilities and building-related requests, and issuing hotel/F&B discount cards/forms. Provide facilities support, including: managing FedEx company address book and user accounts; main point of contact for Iron Mountain, Staples and US Foods; assist with mail/package deliveries. Maintain and update the Office and Conference Room Calendar on a daily basis. Schedule meetings and coordinate those meetings with appropriate staff and personnel. Provides administrative support to Corporate Dallas SVP and Leadership Team upon request; assists in the coordination and planning of supporting office activities; performs special projects and other responsibilities as required. Fundamentals High school education required; associates degree preferred. Two plus (2+) years of prior receptionist/administrative or office management experience. Any hotel experience preferred. Expert technical experience in Microsoft office, internet, and other marketing/editing software. Strong hospitality, organizational and time management skills are expected. This position requires the ability to prioritize work assignments and work under minimal direction. You must be able to communicate effectively and have a professional demeanor.
