Columbus Hospitality Management Company is currently seeking a Corporate Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the officers of the management company. The Executive Assistant will assist the VP of Human Resources in field audits of benefits programs, safety programs and wellness programs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The following are highlight items and not meant to be all-inclusive of this position:

*Monthly review of benefits programs, safety programs and wellness programs. Present reports to VP of Human Resources.

*Coordinate all company mandated training programs: DFSP, Safety Council, sexual harassment, diversity, TIPS, Serv Safe, food safety and manage training logs for all properties.

*Maintain COBRA enrollments and termination. Serve as contact to COBRA administrator.

*Maintain reports and provide administrative support to VP of Human Resources in the areas of customer service, turnover, policy and process implementation (i.e. hiring standards).

*Maintain all property Accident Injury Incident reports. Ensure First Report of Injury is complete and follow up on treatments of injured associates. Ensure properties are maintaining standards with injuryincident reporting.

*Reconcile monthly invoices from UNUM, MMO and Guardian.

*Coordinate biannual random drug screen process with Hire Right.

*Maintain nicotine screenings for all associates enrolled in health non-smoker discount. Facilitate to all properties letter notification and coordinate testing dates with medical professionals

*Maintain OSHA reporting at all properties.

*Assist VP of Human Resources in delivering and executing the annual open enrollment meetings for associate benefit programs.

*Assist VP of Human Resources with reports as requested.

*Receive and review quarterly benefit audits from the field and report to VP of Human Resources. Ensure all appropriate changes take place at property level.

*Audit all active Leave of Absence statuses.

*Maintain and process all Wellness Works reimbursements with MMO.

*Serve as a contact to all property associatesmanagers who have questions regarding benefit coverage and assist with any issues the associatemanager may be having with their coverage.

*Provide administrative support and assist President.

*Assist Corporate Controller with Misc Accounting duties including data entry in Excel and Quickbooks

*Prepare and file Accounts Payable check runs

*Assist the Corporate Accounting staff with other projects as needed

*Assist VP of Sales & Marketing with building reports, administrative processes
