Corporate IT / Technical Recruiter

U-Haul Corporate office Human Resources Department is currently looking for a Corporate IT/Technical Recruiter with a proven track record of working in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate must have experience and knowledge of information technology concepts, practices and procedures to recruit for a variety of skill sets, to include IT professionals in Software Development, Project and Program Management, Business Intelligence, IT Infrastructure and Support & Communications.

-Responsible for the full lifecycle of the recruitment process.
-Recommends prospective employees to hiring managers in a corporate environment.
-Manage effective relationships with hiring managers to clearly understand their hiring needs.
-Performs a variety of tasks in support of the overall mission of the recruitment function and the organization.
-Proactively identify the best suitable candidate to meet job qualifications and hiring manager requirements.
-Determine candidates�� soft skills and optimal work environment.
-Technically qualify candidates through a thorough interviewing and screening process.

Requirements:

-3 to 5 yrs experience in a corporate recruiting environment
-Experience in technical recruiting is required
-Strong negotiation skills
-BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
-Strong organization and time management skills
-Self-driven with the ability to work independently
