Do you have experience in providing assistance in delivering operational services and coordination in a corporate setting? br br As a Corporate Office Receptionist, your duties are to: br ul
li Act as an ambassador to internal and external clients alike /li li Support and coordinate office communications consistent with corporate messaging /li li Manage all office administration responsibilities’; incoming and outgoing mail (and packages), filing, maintaining order and cleanliness of the office /li li Maintain an accurate inventory of all supplies and equipment as well as manage the purchase and replenishment of supplies. /li li Greet visitors in a friendly, professional manner and comply with sign-in process /li li Assist with planning events and catering needs for the corporate office /li li Other duties as assigned /li /ul

li Outstanding communication skills; verbal and written /li li Associate Degree preferred, but not required /li li Strong administration and organizational skills with a proven ability to juggle many tasks simultaneously /li li Computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office programs /li li Ability to interact professionally at all times /li li Proficiency in phone skills /li /ul
