Essential Job Duties:
· Support Head of HR with excellent recruitment implementation and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle of filling open positions.
· Collaborate with Management and Head of HR to implement innovative talent supply solutions, develop and review job descriptions, develop staffing plan, and recommend sound methods to meeting staffing objectives.
· Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies including job boards, internal & external job postings, referral program, resume searches, career fairs, and networking to develop a qualified candidate pool.
· Responsible for pre-screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, providing recommendations to management, and providing guidance during the candidate selection process.
· Present and negotiate offers of employment; explain salary package, company benefits, and terms of employment.
· Manage the pre-employment screening process including background checks, e-Verify, drug screenings, and conducting reference checks.
· Maintain accuracy of the candidate applicant tracking database.
· Conduct new hire orientations and process new hire paperwork.
· Ensure all recruiting practices are in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, EEO/AAP, immigration, and company policies.
· Provide HR support in areas such as benefits, payroll, employee relations, training, etc.

Additional Benefits
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field or minimum of 6 yrs. exp. of relevant
· Recruitment work experience
· 2+ yrs. experience in High Volume recruiting
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience with EEO/AAP tracking & reporting
· Experience with various Job Boards to include social media networking
· Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office products
