The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for growing and sustaining internal candidates. Provides strategic support to Managers in the recruitment process for office talent roles across the Company using Company core values of Integrity, Candor, Accountability, Respect and Excellence. Responsibilities cover the complete hiring process. The Corporate Recruiter will also manage and/or contribute to multiple projects as needed.

Essential Job Functions:

* Collaborate with Senior Management, the Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers to identify personnel needs and workforce planning strategies
* Leverage online recruiting resources (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and Jobvite to identify and recruit the top performing talent
* Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
* Support hiring managers with creative posting of positions as necessary in order to fill an open personnel requisition
* Prescreens candidates by phone or in-person by using Company's interviewing methodologies and targeted questioning based on need and availability
* As part of the pre-screen process prepares candidates for interviewing with specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the Company, their business strategy, department background, job descriptions and expectation-setting
* Manage and coordinate communication with candidates based on the needs of hiring managers
* Manage the scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers based on need and availability
* Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements
* Participate in employment events, such as career fairs
* Provides reports for Senior Management as requested
* Provides immediate and detailed feedback for all requests
* Help to create an environment of high morale, motivation and teamwork
* Other duties as assigned

Minimum Skills, Knowledge staffing or recruitment experience preferred
* Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred;
* Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization; including external clients/candidates
* Ability to work independently and with other team members
* Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner
* Ability to multi-task
* Must be able to work for prolonged periods of sitting, typing and use of the phone and computer
* Must have excellent negotiating skills
* Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
* Must have prior experience and/or basic knowledge of recruiting/sales
* Must have a working knowledge of computers and softwaresystems including Microsoft Office products and the Internet; knowledge of internet job boards and internet recruiting required
* Must successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and attend future webcasts/trainings as required
