* At least 6 years' full life cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-paced agency or corporate environment
* Demonstrated experience in sourcing, screening, shortlisting, offer negotiation and candidate closure
* Experience working with internal applicant management systems, social media and Internet sourcing
* Ability to understand and screen candidates for relevant technical skills
* Strong time management and multitasking skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills and negotiation/closing skills

* Drive full life cycle, high volume talent attraction workload (requisition post to candidate close)
* Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand and articulate staffing needs; consult with Talent Attraction Lead, HR Business Partners and COEs as necessary
* Effectively use variety of sourcing channels to build candidate pipeline, including direct applicant, referral and direct sourcing of passive candidates
* Screen and present applicants, and move candidates through various stages of global recruiting system
* Ensure offer details are accurate and complete
* Provide candidate feedback, ensuring superior candidate experience at all stages of process
* Liaise with internal departments re: export control licenses, immigration (Canada and US) and relocation
* Ensure internal practices are applied consistently across client groups
