LinGate Hospitality Group, a Kentucky based hotel management group who operates Marriott/Hilton/IHG brands is looking for Revenue Manager to lead and direct our properties. Flexible work location, Nashville area preferred but open to other locations. To strategically coordinate the revenue management processes and procedures in order to maximize total hotel revenue for multiple hotels in the management company portfolio. Essential Job Functions Develop, communicate and implement rate and inventory maximization strategies leveraging mix of business, channel management and pricing strategies. Manage and maintain group and transient inventory thresholds. Coordinate and assist in developing, monitoring and adjusting sales and pricing strategies. Prepare for and conduct weekly Revenue Management meetings where the appropriate booking period is evaluated for proper rate and availability controls. Working with hotel GMs/DOS provide a synopsis of results vs. decisions from the previous week by analyzing Smith and Travel reports, booking pace, pricing strategies, marketing opportunities and the competitive environment. Develop, maintain and utilize reporting tools that provide effective daily analysis and accurate group/transient displacement analysis. Measure and analyze DOW pattern, booking trends, pickup, no shows, and sources of business. Negotiate Account Review: Evaluations coordinated by the RDRM, in conjunction with the sales manager for each account, to include the following: length of stay, day of week production, sold out analysis, hotel market share, account travel policy, change from prior period, other hotels in program and rate caps. Stay abreast of market conditions and initiate competitive analysis. Analyze demand factors and provide recommendations for understanding, improving, and leveraging competitive advantages and minimizing disadvantages within a market. Monitor assigned hotels online appearance on a quarterly basis, provide recommendation on improvement as well as ad hoc targeted digital marketing. Knowledgeable in and maintain a multitude of Rate & Inventory, Revenue Management and Forecasting systems. Marriott systems experience preferred, as well as Hilton OnQ Systems, GRO experience a plus. IHG systems also a bonus. Initiate short and long term revenue forecasts and work with property team to generate weekly and monthly critiques, identifying areas of opportunity and strategies to improve revenue and overall profitability. Generate and distribute a review of end of month rooms statistics reports including Key Hotel Marketing Reports, Mix of Business, and Smith and Travel Report and provide critical analysis on performance vs. forecasts and results of implemented strategies. Maintain data integrity across all distribution channels.
