Our client a global professional services organization with 400+ LOCATIONS WORWIDE is seeking key leader to drive new sales growth as well as manage and grow $100M IN RECURRING REVENUE incrementaly. Client Ideally needs someone with SALES, SALES OPERATIONS, PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE AS THESE LARGER OPPORTUNITIES REQUIRE SOME OPERATIONAL ACUMEN VS JUST TRANSACTIONAL SELLING.

The Corporate Sales Director will be responsible for growing profitable new and existing revenue streams through the leadership and daily management of the inside Corporate Accounts team, this is 12 DIRECT REPORTS. This person will ensure their team combines first-class customer relationship and business development skills in order to maintain and expand existing and develop new relationships. The Corporate Sales Director (CSD) is ultimately responsible for the team managing transactions and support for our top global account customers, and for prospecting and driving opportunity from out next tier of account customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drives revenue by effectively and consistently ensuring the Inside Corporate Accounts Team is selling all products and services prices while maximizing customer service to ensure renewal revenue retention.
*

Ensures the Account Manager proactively develop a portfolio of accounts through interaction with the customer in a way that generates revenue growth, and exposure within company, while building trust and loyalty between corporation and the customer.
*

Develop multiple contacts within each Corporate Account to identify value added opportunities.
*

Grows the number of leads generated in the by the inside sales team through broker relations, calling on companies, partnerships with the IST and marketing for lead sharing and other sales activities.
*

Manages the renewal performance and strategy in order to meet exceed retention targets and renewal increase targets, heavily focused on the top accounts.
*

Conducts monthly business reviews with each Account Manager and ensure corrective action is taken where necessary in order to achieve revenue and margin expectations and target.
*

Drives high conversion of all products through effectively following the sales process.
*

Provides sales mentoring and development of the inside sales Team Members to continually raise the level of sales acumen within the team.
*

Owns customer issue resolution/escalation within the team, ensuring trends are proactively identified and solved to completion.
*

Accountable for managing the performance of each team member, ensuring maximized productivity and results; while providing consistent feedback, coaching, training, and performance management, as needed.
*

Maintains a proactive candidate pipeline in order to be able to upgrade team member performance.
*

Establish objectives and targets with direct reports and ensures goals and performance expectations are communicated clearly.
*

Acts as an extension of the training department by personally delivering and/or overseeing sales training within the area
*

Engage in account review sessions, news updates and industry awareness.
*

Works to ensure that commitments made to Top customer can be delivered upon, proactively communicating any red flags or risks to management.

Maintains accuracy and timeliness of all information in company databases.
*

Ensures a visible presence in the country/company both relationally and reporting wise. Creates lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the business ensuring proactive consistent communication and updates on the departments performance.

Key Position Requirements:

Proven success leading an Inside sales team (ideally a KEY ACCOUNT inside team)
*

Corporate Account management experience
*

Experience developing, implementing and managing sales process and tools
*

Ability to communicate to high level contacts and gain trust.
*

Clear understanding of prospecting and the related data management
*

Evidenced success at growing profitable revenue from target customers
*

Strong floor presence and energy giver reinforced with setting clear expectations and holding Team Members accountable.

Effectively handle various duties simultaneously, thorough organizational skills for prioritizing workload.

Experienced in self-generation of new business leads coupled with excellent account management skills.

Customer service focused at all times with the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations.

Professional communication skills with a high success rate in building and maintaining business relationships.

Experience working in a matrix organization is a plus.

Hiring Criteria:

*

5-10years of related work experience
*

Previous inside sales leadership experience, ideally in a service industry with key accounts.
*

Experience with developing and managing major accounts.
*

College degree, preferred
