PROJECT MANAGEMENT/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/MARKETING
BIOPHARMA/LIFE SCIENCES INDUSTRY
Lead & manage all aspects of BioPharma Strategic Initiative
Lead development & execution of overall business strategy & plan
Facilitate & lead monthly governance meetings (Steering Committee, Exec Sponsors, Corporate Updates)
Ensure alignment across Commercialization and Product & Solutions Development Teams activities & deliverables across divisions & functional groups
Lead organizational development to effectively execute & deliver business plan results
Global & regional operational business plans
Ongoing R&D Roadmap alignment
Coordinated project plans to deliver near-, mid-, and long-term products & solutions - consolidated requirements & plans to deliver.
Organizational capability assessment & development plans
On-target business performance (by quarter)
Continuous assessment & plan evolution to optimize capabilities
10-15 years' experience providing solutions into Pharmaceutical markets (primarily BioPharma) ideally relevant tools & techniques
10 years' experience leading cross-functional & cross-organizational teams focused on delivering business results
Demonstrated ability & skill leading teams across a matrixed environment
Demonstrated ability to deliver business results across multiple stakeholder organizations
Proven ability to motivate a distributed organization to align on common goals to deliver business results
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Analytics - Has excellent analytical skills (top 5%) and a solid command of Retail Finance and Operations. Must be detail-oriented.
Business Acumen - Is able to see the big picture. Considers all angles of a business decision in the context of the big picture. Has a solid commonsense approach to business problems.
Effective Communication - Communicates effectively and at the right level based on the audience. Is able to prepare materials for C-level meetings with minimal guidance.
Project Management - Has the experience and organizational skills to manage large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects.
Self-motivated - Is highly driven and capable of staying on track and pursuing solutions without supervision.
Professional Curiosity - Has a genuine interest in the industry and the business. Seeks opportunities to learn more and expand area of expertise.
Takes pride in his/her work and feels a high degree of accountability for the delivery of outcomes, strives to exceed expectations at all times.
High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office (at a minimum Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
