Qualified candidates background and experience will include a wide range of transactional matters and securities offerings, including drafting prospectuses; public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, Exchange Act reporting, proxy statements and solicitations; public and private mergers and acquisitions and related documents, stock asset and purchase agreements, due diligence; and drafting and negotiating various types of contracts, limited liability company and partnership agreements.
