Primary responsibilities include the analysis and general ledger accounting of both international and domestic business unit revenues and costs of goods sold, in addition to the corresponding balance sheet accounts.


•Gathers, analyzes, interprets, prepares and reconciles financial information in accordance with company and regulatory accounting policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data.
•Acts as primary liaison with billing operations personnel.
•Ensure that proper US GAAP and IFRS standards are maintained as it pertains to foreign operations.
•Performs reconciliations of accounts according to the general ledger system as compared to the local statutory accounts.
•Prepares proper account coding for invoices and other financial transactions.
•Prepares/reviews standard and ad hoc internal financial reports based on accounting information in accordance with company and regulatory policies and procedures to provide the financial tools necessary for optimal business decisions.
•Prepare, analyze and monitor revenue recognition and COGS process, including but not limited to accounts receivables and deferred revenue
•Prepare/review month-end close revenue reconciliation support schedules and provide timely variance analysis explanations between actual and budget results.
•Prepare/review monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
•Implement, monitor and maintain internal control systems and documentation to ensure system integrity and compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Identify and resolve accounting system issues.
•Work on special projects that will enhance standard of functionality and process improvements.
•Maintains and applies broad knowledge of accounting practices and procedures in area of expertise.
•Gain an in-depth understanding of the business with an analytical focus.
•Performs other duties as assigned.

•BS in Accounting/Finance.
•International accounting experience including foreign currency translation preferred.
•5+ years of progressive Accounting/Finance experience
•Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required
•PeopleSoft and Nvision experience preferred, but not required
•Excellent writing and verbal communications skills.
•Ability to work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines.
•Maintains and applies broad knowledge of accounting practices and procedures in area of expertise.
