Calvin Klein Underwear, a division of Warnaco Inc., has an exciting opportunity for a talented Data Coordinator to join our team. The Data Coordinator will initiate and create cost sheet uploads for all brands by using Excel Spreadsheets as source documents for the upload process. Research and verify uncosted open orders/wip or variances. Maintain and update ACS Stylemaster as required. Prep sales samples for field sales and photo requests

1. Cost Sheets - Create cost sheet uploads for all brands using the combined information provided by merchandising and sourcing. Includes verifying all information from line grid, appropriate cost approvals from finance and stylemaster setup. Setup of styles on worksheet by Style/Color/Dimension - review sourcing log to confirm appropriate fees have been applied to overall cost.
2. Research reports from finance regarding uncosted open WIP, discrepancies in FOB prices. Confirm if price changed and we were not notified, was it a special circumstance or off price, review all items with sourcing and make changes as necessary to resubmit for new upload.
3. ACS - adding of new styles or updating of existing styles with new information. Looking up new color code availability, researching and assigning new style numbers. Run daily Uncosted Open Orders report (research why)
Responsible for accurate loading of standard costs for all style/color for CKU - Directly affects profit and sales.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have:

College degree preferred. Competent computer skills in Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office and AS400
Prior relevant internship or one year work experience preferred
Strong understanding of math
Strong organization and attention to detail skills
Exhibit teamwork, collaboration, and sense of urgency
Interest in product development and production
