Job Description:

COSTPOINT PROGRAM ANALYST (MC-16-1207-F): Bowhead seeks a Program Analyst to support Costpoint related projects. Essential functions will include: Complete Project Setup in Costpoint 7.0, o Create/maintain Project Master, Modifications, and User Defined Fields o Create/maintain Project direct and burden ceilings Create/maintain Project Employee Workforce o Maintain level system labor categories o Create/maintain project level labor categories and project level rates for T&M contracts o Create/maintain employee workforce at the project level Assist with creation and maintenance of all project setup and employee workforce process documentation Special projects as directed. Special projects will involve interaction with other finance & accounting groups to accomplish larger F&A goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred. 2-5 years' experience. Must have thorough knowledge of the following Costpoint 7.0 Project related modules. o Project Master o Revenue o Project Ceilings o Project Labor Must have thorough knowledge of the following Costpoint 7.0 Employee related modules. o Basic Employee Information o Employee Interfaces Must have excellent written and oral communications skills and must have intermediate level experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. With Microsoft Word the applicant must know how to author documents that include embedded Excel and Visio components. With Microsoft Excel the applicant must be comfortable doing analysis using pivot tables and common formulas such as SUM, SUBTOTAL, SUMIF, VLOOKUP and with relative, absolute and external sheet cell references. Must have experience setting up Federal Government contracts in Costpoint 7.0 and understand the details of CPFF, CPHF, T&M, FFP, and FFPLOE type contracts. Applicant should have a working knowledge of the FAR as related to proper project setup and DCAA audit concerns. Must understand the basic concepts of government cost accounting such as total time accounting and Fringe, Overhead, and G&A indirect cost pools. Physical Demands: The office environmental conditions consist of computer stations and desks with adequate and adjustable lighting. Chairs are designed to fit the various individuals and the tasks being performed. Ergonomic evaluations are completed as needed, to provide up to date modifications to all work stations.
