Responsible for the timely delivery and pick-up of client material and the tracking of those materials through appropriate recording practices

Essential Duties/Functions(Duties and functions which are essential to successful performance in the position)

Ø Deliver and pick-up cartons of records from various client locations and tracking of the same through paperwork and/or handheld scanner

Ø Operate company vehicle to and from client locations in a safe manner and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspection on vehicle

Ø Complete paperwork documenting fuel used and mileage traveled

Ø Complete paperwork documenting material picked-up and problems occurring on a daily route

Ø Performs all other duties as assigned by management

MinimumQualifications (Minimum qualifications and requirements needed to perform the essential duties/functions)

Ø High school diploma or equivalent required

Ø At least 2 years of prior courier experience

Ø Valid driver’s license in good standing

Ø General knowledge of traffic laws

Ø Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Ø Ability to multi-task
