Course Coordinator AIRP Job Type: Full Time Location: Silver Spring, MD Job Description: The American College of Radiology, a professional association for radiologists, has an opening for a Course Coordinator to work in our Silver Spring, MD location for our American Institute for Radiologic Pathology program. The Course Coordinator's main duty is to assist with efficient communications and operations for all radiologic pathology courses. These job duties include: assisting in planning, implementing, and evaluating processes to ensure that radiologic pathology programs meet AIRP providing expert advice and assistance to volunteer faculty and students during their attendance at the onsite course; gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data obtained from course participants and faculty members to prepare reports; and providing administrative support for lecturers before, during, and after course completion. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field; a minimum of 3 years experience course coordination and/or managing programs for an association (preferably within a medical society or association); knowledge of CME compliance highly desired; must be able to manage multiple projects; have exceptional verbal, written, and analytical skills; and must be proficient with MS Office.
