The Creative Director/Consultant would lead the ideation process of the seasonal marketing/advertising campaigns for our group of hotels and restaurants. The Creative Directors aim would be to execute creative consistency, incorporating evolving marketing designs and processes, while maintaining our iconic brands from season to season. Primary Responsibilities Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the objectives of marketing and business owners for our collection of hotels, restaurants, activities/events and other business units (brand identity, product concepts, advertising, writing copy, digital content etc.) Own multiple projects from concept through execution for design and branding elements including but not limited to seasonal advertising campaigns (print, digital, email, social), signage, packaging, collateral, logo/identity design, tone and voice. Translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, easy to understand and on brand. Contribute to the evolution of the brand image Communicate overall vision on projects with key stakeholders. Assist in managing design team, including daily workload and individual development. Set clear roles, responsibilities and expectations of all projects to ensure that the design output is brand appropriate, and all marketing requirements are completed on time, with the highest standards. Assist in recommending process improvements and help document for the team. Other duties and projects as assigned.
