JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY This Credit Clerk Position Features:
Answering incoming calls from customers and assist as needed. Assist Credit Manager as needed. Set up new accounts accurately. Check credit, file, follow-up. Give credit references accurately as possible. Change rates on accounts. Send customers welcome letters. Work pending file and keep it up to date. Email and fax credit apps and invoices. Interface with other departments provide good service. Use materials and equipment effectively. Display good safety and housekeeping practices. Perform other duties as assigned. Job duties are subject to change as directed by management.
High school diploma or equivalent. Basic office equipment usage as needed. Microsoft Office: Word and Excel experience a must. Knowledge of AS400 system a plus. Must have data entry, and 10-key experience. Communicate with courtesy and professionalism. Work well with others ans dependable. Must have excellent organization skills, and the ability to multi-task. Some knowledge of accounting and credit procedures a plus. Display reasoning ability and independent judgment. Have good oral and written communication skills.
