TrueBlue has a Credit & Collections Administrator position open in their Corporate office in Tacoma, WA.

The Administrator is a vital member of the team. This position enables team members to focus on billing, collections and cash application through a wide variety of functions such as conducting research, responding to inquiries by customers and field operators, coordinating liens and lien releases, maintaining customer accounts, providing general administrative services, and producing reports used by decision makers.

REQUIREMENTS include the following:

* High school diploma or GED.

* One to two years of clerical experience in a fast paced environment.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure.

* Exceptional organization skills.

* Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population.

* Strong written & verbal communication skills.

* Self starter.

* Detailed oriented and focused on accuracy.

* Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.

* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to learn and work with new programs.
