Credit Manager

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Credit Manager in our Tulsa, OK location. If you have familiarity and experience with credit, collections and accounts receivable coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion dollar organization, this is the position for you!

Responsibilities

Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Approval of credit accounts for our customers

* Face to face meetings with customers

* Follow the course of aging accounts and determine action to be taken on delinquent accounts

* Facilitate bad debt recovery

* Work with both internal and external customers to assure all Accounts Receivable are in sound condition

* Managing credit accounts. (No direct reports)

A Bachelor's Degree in the Finance field is preferred, but prior experience with Credit, Collections, and/or Accounts Receivable will be considered.� A successful Credit Manager will possess the following:

* Analytical and problem solving skills

* Great communication skills

* The ability to handle stress, to manage time and to analyze numbers

* Working knowledge of all local, state and federal laws pertaining to the management and collection of accounts receivable

* Polished presentation skills

* Credit experience within our industry is preferred

* 2 years credit and collections experience required

* Local candidates will be given preference
