Cross Utilized Agents are responsible for both Ramp and Customer Service Agent Duties.

Duties:

Load and unload customer luggage, airfreight and company mail on and off aircraft

Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, rebook passengers, all in a prompt and friendly manner

Escort passengers and special needs customers safely and courteously

Marshall aircraft in and out of the ramp area

Service aircraft as needed

Must be able to Travel for Customer Service Training

Must be flexible to work nights / weekends and holidays

Must be able to work in cold weather conditions

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age

US citizen or show proof of right to work in US

Ability to lift 60+ pounds consistently with or without a reasonable accommodation

Type 30 words per minute

Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
