CrossLab Program Manager

Supports the sale and manages the development and/or delivery of large integrated solutions to an external customer, or in support of a major enterprise-wide program, often involving multi-function and multi-vendor efforts. Determines overall program/project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements. Accountable for risk assessment. Assists external customer in the definition and implementation of complex integrated solutions requiring relevant products and services. Is responsible for costing of customized solutions and ensuring implementation within budgets. Builds and maintains client relationships. Coordinates internal and external project team members contribution. Has profit and loss responsibility.
*Works on project management assignments with broadly defined objectives
*Solves non-routine issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization
*Apply and demonstrate commitment to industry accepted project
management processes, practices, tools, and behaviors.
*Successful management, implementation, and deployment of assigned
customer CrossLab solutions and projects
*Lead Customer physical inventory and tagging activities
*Provide Cross-functional team leadership that is in line with Agilent policies
*Assist with 3rd Party On boarding and Contracting for assigned projects
Fundamental CrossLab Services Program Manager Competencies Required:
* 2-5 years Agilent support and/or sales experience
* Minimum four year educational scientific degree or equivalent experience
* Dedication and commitment to industry standard project management discipline
* Ability to manage and understand laboratory instrument service and maintenance business (process & financial)
* Strong business acumen skills
* Team building/development and leadership skills
* Customer oriented
* Effective collaboration skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* 3rd party service provider relationship development and management skills
* Customer contracting and Scope of Work Development Skills
* Ability to design, price, implement, and manage complex lab instrument service and maintenance programs at customer sites.
