li Resolve customer issues accurate and effectively /li li Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics /li li Excellent research skills and experience in using industry search tools /li li Provide daily order status customized client reporting /li li Responsible for call and email disposition and compiling and generating reports as required /li li Ensures that questions or problems are brought to resolution in a timely fashion /li li Tracks order activity and alerts appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems /li li Owns problem through to resolution on behalf of the customer /li li Participate and facilitate meetings with the customer /li /ul

li Strong Organizational Skills /li li Exceptional verbal and written communication skills /li li High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MRP /li li Ability to exercise strong judgment and interpretation of customer request /li li Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and coordinating with various internal departments /li li Comfort in navigating through multiple systems and windows simultaneously /li li Familiar with a variety of customer service concepts, practices and procedures /li li Ability to operate with the customer’s best interest in mind /li /ul
