JOB DESCRIPTIONAdecco seeks 25+ Customer Service Representatives for large and rapidly growing mortgage company in Tempe near Diablo Stadium!
Qualified Customer Service Representative individuals will have proven job stability, a strong attention to detail, be comfortable asking probing questions to identify status and provide current loan updates. Must have good telephone communication and strong problem solving skills. Must adhere to all policies and procedures, document in client account profiles. Must be able to toggle between multiple screens/windows in a fast-paced contact center environment. Must have minimum of intermediate computer skills, understanding of MS programs, and strong basic mathematic knowledge. Must have ability to work independently.
Customer Service Representative responsibilities include taking inbound and conducting outbound collection calls for customers regarding mortgage questions such as hazard insurance, taxes, escrow analysis, payments, account balances, year-end information, etc.
Applicants for Customer Service Representative openings must have a minimum of 1+ years experience in call center environment. Previous mortgage banking and/or customer care experience preferred.
Must have HS Diploma or equivalent.
