JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Join an exciting new team that is being established to provide world class service to our most important customers. You will gain experience in building new processes and embedding a culture of customer excellence within FMC Health & Nutrition.

* Process customer information requests, including timely entrance into Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and assigning tasks to appropriate teams for follow up.

* Serve as the subject matter expert for information request process by supporting functional groups involved in fulfilling customer requests and providing training on process support systems.

* Act as central point of contact for internal and external customers and provide updates on status of their requests when required.

* Assist in responding to customer information requests within the agreed customer service levels.

* Contribute to ongoing development of team knowledgebase, process documentation and best practice.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:



* Bachelor's degree preferred

* Science major including Chemistry, Food Science, Biochemistry, or related fields preferred

* Systems/process oriented majors such as Business Information Systems also acceptable

* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and SAP a plus

* Ability to quickly learn new systems and gain an understanding of products, customers, and various manufacturing facilities

* Analytic thinker with the ability to work with data

* Strong communication skills dealing with both internal and external partners at all levels

* Highly motivated and comfortable working with little direct oversight

* Ability to develop relationships across functional teams to best serve customer needs
