We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work the hours of 9:30am - 6pm or 10:30am - 7pm .
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Provide customer service to our customers in a call center environment
* Interact with external & internal GAF customers via phone and e-mail to assist with all inquiries across various GAF business lines
* Provide assistance and guidance for our Sales Team who support all GAF business lines
A four year college degree is highly preferred. Excellent communication and computer skills are required; some related work experience is a plus. Internal GAF applicants with 2 years of Company experience may be considered.
