Currently, we are seeking a Customer Inventory Analyst I for our Neenah, WI North Office location.

Position Purpose

Coordinate customer order fulfillment to ensure customer expectations are met in a cost effective manner. Facilitate problem resolution in the order fulfillment process utilizing supply chain knowledge and resources. If applicable, manage customer inventories in a manner consistent with the customer's required service level and inventory turn objectives, while maximizing supply chain efficiencies.

Scope

Responsibilities include managing customer inventories and generating orders through data analysis and operation of Kimberly-Clark Order Management, Vendor Managed, or Co-Managed Inventory systems. Helps customers plan for and manage promotions and product rollovers through the use of Event Planning tools, analytics, and independent problem solving. Also, the incumbent will be required to develop a detailed understanding of the customer’s processes, objectives, and expectations of Kimberly-Clark and understanding of our internal business functions and supply chain in order to gain alignment of internal and external customer teams.

Basic Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree
-Strong analytical skills with a working knowledge of supply chain concepts
-Intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel
-Customer-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications

-2 years of supply chain experience in a major manufacturing or distribution environment
-Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel
