JOB DESCRIPTIONProvides excellent customer service to customers resulting in a positive experience, with long term solutions, and brand loyalty. Represents Epson America with the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity in all interactions with customers and potential customers of the firm.
LI Represents Epson through professional verbal and written communications
LI Proactively delivers superior customer service in response to end-user calls, correspondence, and e-mails including complaints, product exchanges, refunds, rebates, etc.
LI Responds promptly to inquiries and escalations received from customers
LI Escalates unresolved issues to management as appropriate
LI Ensures confidentiality and security of end user personal data
LI Ensures accurate data entry into the customer call logs and databases
LI 2-5 years of customer service experience in a call center environment ideally handling escalated customer calls
LI Ability to problem solve in an empathic and logical manner
LI Basic Microsoft Word & Excel skills
LI Excellent customer service skills, as well as proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
LI Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent work experience
