You will be responsible for analyzing call information, and aid in determining metrics for representatives to meet on a regular basis. Experience in call quality and analysis required. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, and a minimum three years’ experience in call center analysis role. The hours you would be working for this job is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. br br Responsibilities for this Job: /span br ul
li Work with Project Members to insure timely completion of Projects /li li Create/Maintain CRM Software information /li li Support/Coach and Train CRM users /li li Organize team conference calls to discuss and determine challenges and areas of improvement /li li Analyze and measure metrics /li li Partner with Contact Center Leads to ensure CRMs have necessary skills and training to support business functionality. /li /ul
Requirements for this job: br ul
li Bachelor’s Degree from 4 year University required. /li li Minimum 3 years customer service call center experience /li li Ability to Multi-task /li li Experience in analytics highly preferred /li li Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills /li /ul
