EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree preferred or three to four years of relevant business experience (analytical emphasis). Intermodal Experience is preferred. Think broadly and balance business objectives, customer needs, and process design. Strong analytical skills along with excellent problem identification, resolution skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with making decisions based on team collaboration. Strong written communication skills High level of initiative. Ability to multi-task and handle a broad range of accountabilities. Ability to build strong business partnerships Ability and desire to coach and mentor others.
