Your specific duties in this role will include:

* Interacting extensively with customers to clarify their needs, research, and recommend parts

* Meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals while increasing customer satisfaction

* Providing quotes

* Taking orders

* Providing post order service

* Physically measuring specs on a wide variety of parts

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

As a Customer Service Representative, you must be self-motivated and driven by a desire to exceed expectations. You should also have strong prioritization and multitasking skills as well as a sense of urgency regarding customer follow-ups. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to establish rapport and build solid relationships with a wide variety of customers.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

* Excellent telephone skills

* Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly

* Ability to use calipers to measure specs on a wide variety of parts
