JOB DESCRIPTIONNOTE: This is a PART-TIME position. The purpose of this position is to support the Kwikee Division for client-specific projects. This is inclusive of effectively managing and monitoring the accuracy and completion of assigned tasks within expected timelines and per the customer procedures.
Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
The following are representative but not comprehensive of the tasks that may be required of the position:
oQuality Control checks of manufacturer content.
oRetailer distribution support, audits and follow-up.
oDigital file management, including file preparation, to meet system requirements.
oResearch and documentation of specifications for new retail initiatives.
oAnalyze results of projects to determine opportunities for improvement or growth.
oProvide recommendations to management regarding efficiency enhancements for long-term solutions.
Successfully and professionally communicate via email or verbally with internal and external stakeholders ensuring understanding of required deliverables. This includes IT, Studio Production, Sales, Marketing and Accounting/Finance.
Communicate with Account Director in all areas requiring key decisions and or at risk initiatives related to customer expectations.
Maintain accurate task/client documentation procedures.
Resolve necessary conflict or problems putting initiatives/projects at risk.
Client weekly status reports as required.
Exercise proper time management skills to achieve effective results in planning and execution.
Professionally own outcomes and authority as related to controlling a successful outcome.
Keep Manager apprised of any progress or obstacles requiring escalation.
Keep BDM and team members up to date on any issues or changes necessary in effectively completing assigned initiatives/projects.
Define schedule with management based on specific project needs and expectations.
