JOB DESCRIPTIONThis is an ideal role for someone who thrives in customer service and enjoys helping people on a daily basis. This is a busy environment and the right candidate will be able to communicate and problem solve effectively. We are ramping up for the Health Insurance season and we are in need of several amazing Customer Service Representatives to join our team!
Skills/Responsibilities ? Responsibilities will include Inbound and Outbound calls ? Polite phone etiquette on a multi-line phone system with ability to smoothly transfer between calls ? The ideal person for this role will have no problems keeping up with call standards and maintaining proper documentation ? This Customer Service Representative will have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills ? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and ability to pick up on proprietary software quickly ? Clear communication skills an ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people
Education/Qualifications High school or equivalent required, Associates or higher preferred. Bilingual in English/Spanish would be a huge plus. If you have 2 to 5 years of strong customer service experience and love providing people with helpful solutions this is an ideal opportunity for you.
