li Respond to customer account requests in a timely manner /li li Answer calls providing information and addressing all inquiries and problems /li li Process incoming mail, email, and faxes as requests come in /li li Accurate data entry /li li Ad-hoc office duties such as scanning and filing /li /ul
br You will need these qualifications: br ul
li Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite /li li Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRMs /li li Prior wholesale customer/sales support experience /li li Bilingual preferred /li li Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills /li /ul
