Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Call Center Agent, you will conduct outbound calls to solicit political donations on behalf of our clients.
Your specific duties as a Customer Service Call Center Agent will include:
-Conducting donation solicitation calls by reading from a pre-approved script
-Handling and overcoming customer objections
-Adhering to client file policy agreements, particularly with regard to sticking with the script
-Recording call information (donation amounts, responses, problems) into computer
-Participating in post-call debriefings and making suggestions for script improvements
-Achieving performance and quality goals on a consistent basis
-Occasionally transferring calls to the appropriate supervisor

Job Requirements
As a Customer Service Call Center Agent, you must be confident, assertive and convey a personal belief in our clients and their political positions. The role of Customer Service Call Center Agent will require patience, empathy and the ability to bring the call script to life. It is important that you remain politically informed so that you are able to overcome customer objections. You must also be team-oriented with a strong work ethic and a high degree of personal integrity.
Specific qualifications for the Customer Service Call Center Agent include:
-Excellent reading and communication skills (verbal and written)
-Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and empathy
-Ability to accept constructive criticism/guidance and adapt accordingly
-Intermediate computer proficiency� - keyboard, mouse, copy-and-paste, typing and navigating between multiple windows
-Solid organizational skills
-Good analytic and mathematics skills
-Having a flexible schedule
-No experience is required (we will train) but call-center or customer-service experience is preferred
