We continue to succeed due to the passion, focus, and expertise of our people, and now need a full-time Customer Service Center Supervisor to join our team based in Harrisburg, PA.
Job Summary: Supervise customer service representatives that handle calls in the Violation/Toll by Plate/Call Center/Accounting queue. Take escalated phone calls from customers. Monitor phone calls; assist when needed with issuing refund checks, processing charge backs, processing paperwork, etc. Other miscellaneous tasks may be assigned as needed.
Education: Bachelor s Degree in Accounting/Finance or combination of Associate s degree, accounting coursework, and experience
Required Skills & Experience:
* Previous supervising.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of company management.
* Ability to work independently with latitude to identify issues and recommend solutions.
* Ability to multi-task and be very organized as well as have a strong attention to detail and have sound judgment.
* High proficiency with Excel and Word software.
* Time management skills; strong initiative.
