The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a corporate customer service setting. li Responsible for error free execution of quotes, orders, return authorizations, and other order management related activities. /li li Ability to communicate product discrepancy specification information to customers. /li li Build strong working relationships with both internal and external customers. /li li Understand and execute contractual agreements. /li li Coordinate customer requirements with Sales, Marketing, Engineering Services, and Operations to meet customer requirements. /li li Take orders from customers and representatives. /li li Quote prices, inventory levels, and delivery dates. /li li Maintain database records of customer profiles and prepare status reports. /li /ul
  br B Customer Service Coordinator Requirements: /B br ul
li High School Degree or Equivalent /li li 2-year Associate Business Degree or Bachelor Degree preferred /li li Customer Service Corporate environment experience preferred /li li Self-motivated to work task to completion and realize sense of urgency to meet goals and deadlines /li li Work well in a team environment /li li Proficiency with computer programs such as SAP, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and SharePoint. /li li Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Spanish is a plus /li /ul
