JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities:
Managing Custom Orders from start to finish.
Responsible for coordinating between the customer, warehouse, graphics department and production team.
Work closely with vendors and printers.
Keeping data base information up to date, client is currently using SAGE, but is transitioning to Quickbooks Enterprise.
Experience with entering in Sales Orders/Purchase Orders into a CRM System.
Immediate need for Customer Service Coordinator! Client is seeking applicants that are highly organized, has an impeccable eye for detail and possess excellent follow up skills! The ideal applicant will be able to multi-task, prioritize and resolve multiple projects efficiently, resourcefully and independently. Must be able to ensure EXCELLENT Customer Satisfaction and is open to learning new programs, systems and processes. Applicant must be Proficient in Microsoft Suite, GOOGLE DOCUMENTS/GOOGLE DRIVE.
