JOB DESCRIPTIONThis Customer Service/Data Entry position features: ongoing needs for individuals with a strong customer service background to work a full-time schedule for this Fortune 500 organization. Various shifts are available.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills are a must, along with good computer skills. Some college strongly preferred. One+ years of prior customer service experience/call center strongly and/or 3-5 years Data Entry operator experience preferred. Minimum of three professional references.
Job Requirements: Demonstrate strong data entry and typing skills with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, including experience in using a PC and a mouse and keyboard interchangeably. Experience entering data using a PC a must. Demonstrate high-level communication skills by expressing thoughts and information clearly and succinctly using correct grammar. Communicates information in a tactful and positive manner at all times. Ability to actively listen to customers, probe for clarification, and provide consultative guidance based upon customers' individual health needs. Ability to understand complex oral and written directions, and technical information. Ability to handle work volume within an environment that has a large volume of calls.
Entering information into a database, numeric and alphanumeric data entry. Receive, validate, monitor and document the processing of incoming and outgoing payment exceptions volume. Adhere to the payment processing rules and regulations. Handle payment exceptions processing or issues with data files in a timely manner and escalate to management as needed. Keep daily processes on track in accordance with predetermined deadlines and established procedures with no errors. Complete received payments research and questions from internal and external partners on a daily basis. This could include communicating directly with commercial clients, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies.
