Customer Service Engineer - Army National Guard - CH47F - CAAS - Indiantown Gap, PA

This position has a requirement for extended travel to hazardous locations in support of the customer. Specifics will be discussed. Candidate must be willing to support 100% travel, be able to pass a physical examination and be willing to receive immunizations, as required by the individual contracts.

This position is primary responsibility for US Army CH-47F CAAS Field Service Support for the Army National Guard and other domestic/international locations as required by the customer. The position requires knowledge of systems engineering principles, theories, concepts, practices and techniques as they apply to the CH-47F. Candidate must demonstrate an understanding of military data interfaces and software protocols with a basic understanding of software principles and concepts. Initial training will occur at Huntsville, AL for the duration required to prepare the candidate for assignment at various locations for the Army National Guard.

This position requires strong Customer Communication/Relationship skills. Candidate must have well developed oral and writing skills along with experience in briefing/instructional activity.
Proficiency in Microsoft and other desktop applications is necessary. Candidate must demonstrate creativity in problem solving with an ability to act independently as well as an effective part of a team.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline, or in the absence of an bachelor's degree, six years of related experience.

Applicant must have an active US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.
