JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are currently looking for Customer Service professionals in our Sharonville office. The department is open from Monday - Saturday, 8am - 9pm. The Representative will need to have a flexible schedule.
* Answer inbound calls from potential customers awaiting a loan refinance to:
* Greet the potential customers, transfer calls to Loan Officers and answer any questions the customers may have.
* Gather and record updates in the potential customers' contact information (email addresses and phone numbers)
* Prior Call Center Experience with around 1+ years' experience in Customer Service, Telesales, etc. is preferred
* Mortgage experience would be added advantage (desirable but not compulsory)
* High School Diploma
* Excellent Computer and Phone skills
